Scheduling & Availability
Sessions are scheduled based on availability. Booking requests do not guarantee a confirmed appointment until scheduling has been finalized directly with The Story Bus.
Payments
Payment arrangements and accepted payment methods will be discussed prior to the recording session. Session pricing may change over time without prior notice.
Digital Delivery
Finished recordings are typically delivered through downloadable files, private viewing links, or unlisted video links depending on client preference and delivery format.
Recording Environment
Clients are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate recording environment. Recording quality may vary depending on lighting, background noise, internet quality for remote sessions, and environmental conditions.
Content Responsibility
Clients are responsible for the content discussed during recording sessions. The Story Bus does not assume responsibility for statements, opinions, memories, or personal information voluntarily shared during conversations.
Copyright & Usage
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, recorded content delivered to the client is intended for personal and family use. Commercial redistribution or resale is not included by default.
Changes To Services
The Story Bus reserves the right to modify services, pricing, delivery formats, and scheduling policies as needed.
