Welcome to The Story Bus. We are David and Geeta Fyffe, and we created this project because we believe ordinary conversations can become some of the most meaningful things we leave behind.

Over the years, we found ourselves thinking about people we loved who are no longer here or who can no longer share their stories the way they once could. We realized how many little moments disappear with time. The funny stories. The life lessons. The memories around the kitchen table. The personality behind the voice.

We also understand that not everyone feels comfortable sitting in front of a camera or being the center of attention. Some people are private. Some are camera shy. Some simply feel more relaxed talking naturally in their own environment.

That is why we wanted to create a comfortable and simple way for people to preserve their stories in whatever format feels right for them. Some sessions are video conversations. Some are audio only. Some happen in person at home. Others happen online or over the phone.

We believe every person has something worth remembering whether the stories feel big or small. We both lost the opportunity to save more conversations with our own dads, and that experience became part of the reason The Story Bus exists today.

Our hope is simply to help people preserve the voices, memories, humor, wisdom, and personality of the people they love before those moments are gone.
