Deliverables & Receiving Your Story
What do I receive after my session?
Deliverables may include MP4 video files, MP3 audio files, transcripts, Written Legacy Keepsakes, private links, downloadable files, flash drives, and QR code access.
Will I receive a video file?
If you choose a video session, yes.
Will I receive an audio file?
If you choose an audio-only session, yes.
Can I receive my recording through a private link?
Yes. Private viewing and listening links are one of the most common delivery methods.
Can I receive my recording on a flash drive?
Yes. Flash drive delivery is available.
Can I receive a transcript?
Yes. Sessions can be transcribed into a written document that can be saved, printed, and shared.
How long does delivery usually take?
Most projects are completed within approximately 14 days, though some may take longer.

How do I book a session?

When is payment due?
Payment is required in full before a recording session can be scheduled.
